Shepherd’s Forge is a 12-week mentorship experience designed for emerging believers who sense a call to ministry and are ready to grow with intention. This experience focuses on building spiritual discipline, strengthening biblical foundation, and providing clarity in leadership and direction—so participants are not only called, but prepared. The mentorship is designed for believers ages 18–35 who sense a call to ministry but need direction, as well as emerging leaders who are seeking structure, accountability, and meaningful growth. It serves individuals who are serious about developing both their spiritual life and leadership capacity, and who are ready to move beyond inspiration into a life of intentional formation and disciplined progression. What This May Include: Weekly live mentorship sessions (teaching + interaction) Structured spiritual growth and development plan Biblical teaching focused on doctrine and foundation Guided practices for prayer, discipline, and consistency Monthly growth challenges for real-life application Best For: Believers (ages 18–35) who sense a call to ministry, emerging leaders seeking structure and direction, and individuals ready to grow in spiritual discipline, clarity, and leadership development.
