As a Senior Noncommissioned Officer, he led Soldiers in carrying out mission-essential t, developing a leadership style defined by clarity, accountability, and composure under pressure. He also became a certified Master Resilience Trainer, equipping him to strengthen individuals and teams in adaptability, endurance, and sustained effectiveness.

With over 20 years in education and licenses in administration and English, Marquis is a proven leader in academic excellence. After winning awards for student achievement, he transitioned into instructional coaching, guiding fellow educators through feedback cycles. His impact eventually scaled to a district level, where he served as a specialist training thousands of teachers. Marquis has mastered the art of facilitating professional development on critical topics like data-driven decision making and curriculum rollout, helping large-scale organizations achieve better learning outcomes.
